It is the grateful people who are happy.

Born 1991 in Graz I was raised with seven siblings in a wonderfully colourful patchwork family. I believe i have developed my fondness for social complexity at home in my childhood.

My first career was the theatre and the opera, between the ages 8-18 I was lucky to explore one of my dreams of being an actor and opera singer on stage. During my bachelors degree in the Netherlands I came into contact with sociology and the attraction was immediate. The feeling I had in my first sociology class can be summarised as simply speaking the same language while meeting it for the first time. The next time I had a similar experience was when I got in touch with the field of group dynamics. I felt right at home. This was the first time I was introduced to this focus on social complexity since I left home. Academically I focused on organisational sociology as well as as the sociology of knowledge and constructivism, which are the theoretical foundations for my professional consulting praxis.

Since more than ten years I am happy to call the beautiful city of Vienna my home. It is here where I spent time with my loved ones, friends and family.
